On April 9, 2020, Yunnan Hempmon Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hempmon CZ”) successfully obtained the hemp planting permit to cultivate Yunnan Hemp No.7 issued by Anti-Drug Brigade of Public Security Bureau of Xundian Hui and Yi Autonomous County, Yunnan Province. 

Up to now, Hempmon CZ is preparing to build its own hemp biomass base, and promoting the market and R&D in an orderly manner. Currently, the company has completed the construction of its plant and installed the equipment smoothly, and huge progress has been made in terms of R&D.After it is put into production officially, it can produce high-purity CBD isolate (purity ≥ 99.5%) and THC-free Broad-spectrum Hemp Oil, and master the core technology to extract a variety of highly valuable cannabinoids including CBDV and CBC etc. on a large scale. 

In 2019, in order to further improve the industrial structure in the field of life technologies, Chengzhi Shareholding completed the equity acquisition and capital increase of Hempmon CZ, and became its controlling shareholder, indirectly holding 49% of its shares. After obtaining the hemp planting permit, it is helpful for Hempmon CZ to further broaden its industrial chain of hemp extraction, increase the sources of hemp biomass in the later stage, improve comprehensive competitiveness, and provide strong support and guarantee for the long-term development of the field of life technologies.
